1. Canceling Or Changing an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are generally able to make changes to orders as long as they have not been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel any order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number in any change or cancellation requests. If your order was shipped, there will be 10% restocking fee.
2. Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your items to arrange a return.
Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original or resalable condition. All returns require prior approval; we will refuse to accept delivery for any items returned to us without prior approval. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received 10 days after notifying us of the return or they will not be eligible for a refund.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the defective or damaged items.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs for the replacement items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is received damaged or defective, or unless the wrong item was originally received.
For exchanges, the same rules as above apply. Credit for exchanges will be the product price only (shipping costs cannot be refunded).
Returns may take up to 21 days to process. Once we have received your returned items, we will refund your credit card or issue a refund check for the amount of the refund. If you are exchanging items, we will contact you when we have received the returned items and have shipped out the replacements.
3. Damaged & Defective Items
We strive to inspect each item prior to shipping an order. If an item arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible, ship out a completely new item at our expense, or refund the cost of your order. Simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number and email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. If your items were damaged in shipping, please make sure you keep the damaged items in the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is necessary by the shipper.
